Recipe: simple brownies
Feb. 27th, 2019 03:13 pmFinally, something I expect other human beings on my dw (all.... 2? 3? of you?) might ACTUALLY want to make.
There's nothing too special about this brownie recipe, there are probably a lot like it, but it's good, my girlfriend likes it, and it's on a small enough scale that I can bake it in my 8x8 square pan and thus not have a ton of leftovers. Since I'm usually feeding only two people, leftovers are always a looming concern in my mind if something doesn't freeze well.
You can always scale it up if you WANT to make lots of brownies for a party or something, of course.
